This morning, get ready for the funnest jeep adventure in Luang Prabang!
Your guide and driver will come pick you up at your hotel or guesthouse and will start the drive out to the famous Kuang Si falls. Located 37km South of the town, going to Kuang Si Falls is a great chance for a swim in natural turquoise waters, running all year round. These falls are known to be one of the most stunning in the region so make sure you don’t forget your swimsuit and towel!
Along the way, you can admire the countryside, rice fields and charring local rural villages. Once you arrive at the falls, visit the Free The Bears, a sanctuary that rescues moon bears from poaching. Further up you can hike all the way up the falls and admire beautiful lush vegetation.
Once you are back down, your guide will take you to a nearby secret fall for a picnic lunch! All products of your lunch are locally sourced and we have Zero Plastic wrapping policy.
When you have enjoyed lunch, we will drive back to town, stopping at the Laos Buffalo Dairy Farm, learning how this sustainable and responsible enterprise are creating cheese and ice cream, as well as a new source of income for villagers.
Your guide and driver will make sure to stop along the way as well for some great photo shots. When we are back in town, you will be dropped back to your hotel. Say goodbye to the team and your Jeep, till we meet again for another Jeep adventure!
As Vy Moto currently owns 1 Jeep, we can only accept a maximum of 4 pax per tour. If you wish to have your own guide come on tour, we can only accept a maximum of 3 pax per tour.
